NutriPort queries official food database repositories (such as the USDA Agricultural Research Service FoodData Central) to provide macros, aminos, and vitamin calculations. Individual food samples naturally vary in actual nutrient density due to agricultural, geographical, and preparation differences. All calculations, charts, weights, and guides provided by this platform are mathematical models representing reference estimates and are not direct medical advice.
